The pre-tour for the ElChott 2013 begins at the 8 of March with the journey to Genoa. After the ferry transfer we will drive with two teams and four vehicles the planned daily stages and service routes. We will write and check the roadbooks and visit all camps and hotels. In total 5,000 km in Tunisia are waiting for us.
With the help of the EXPLONA tracking system all driven tracks are published in the Internet. Thereby it is possible to trace the entire pre-tour in real time.

Following the slogan “Who drives faster will finish earlier” the winners of the Enduro- and Truck classes, Ivan Jakeš (left) and Martin Kolomý, are relaxing after crossing the finish line of the rally El Chott 2012.
At present both are on the Dakar in South America on very good positions. After yesterday’s special stage Martin Kolomý is with his co-drivers David and René Kilian (Tatra 815 4×4) 2nd of the trucks and Ivan Jakeš with his privately prepared KTM 4th of the motorbikes.
We wish them every success to absolve the last special stages!
