Start to the marathon stage.

From Ksar Ghilane it goes to the “Lost Lake” and after a night in the bivouac at the lake back to Ksar Ghilane. Both days offer demanding dunes to the participants.

The winner of special stage 6 from Douz to Ksar Ghilane (Baumann/Thöne/Gonser – 601 MAN Kat) reached the finish line after 7:49:39. Others need realy more time and reached the finish when the sun went down.
