Special rates for group-participations (clubs, associations, travel-organizations), collective invoice to one address assumed, on demand.
A handling charge (50.00 EUR per person and vehicle) is due at the time of registration. The sum of the entry fee will be reduced by this
amount. In case of withdrawal of the participation the handling charge will not, not even partially, reimbursed. This does not apply in case of cancellation by the organizer.
Registration deadline for early-bookers: 29/03/2026 (25% deposit till 19/04 / 75% rest until 14/06/2026)
Registration deadline for standard-bookers: 26/07/2026 (25% deposit till 16/08 / 75% rest until 13/09/2026)
Registration deadline for late-bookers: 20/09/2026 (50% deposit till 04/10 / 50% rest until 18/10/2026)
Due to the time-consuming procedure of handing in lists for the ferry, hotels and camps as well as entry-permits to the ministry in Tunis,
from where subsequently the Governors, the Garde National and Police will be informed, post nominations after 20/09/2026 are only
possible in singular well-founded exceptions.
The total amount is due when handing in the registration.
The participation fee for the marathon-rally El Chott includes:
– the entry-fee for the rally
– all hotel-stays in double-rooms incl. half-board (price for single room according to registration fee table)
– campsite-stays in 2-bed tents incl. half-board
– accommodation tax in all hotels
– satellite-based tracking system (Explona) with alert-function for emergency-spotting for all competitors vehicles
– GPS data recorder to record the track
– allowance of medical care
– allowance of fuel supply / Enduro-refuelling stations
– allowance of salvage truck
– award-giving-ceremony at the last day of the event with cups for ranks one to three in each class and the overall winner.
The price of the 3-day-hotel-extension includes:
3 overnight stays in 4-star-hotel “Le Sultan” in double-room incl. half-board and accommodation tax (single room price according to registration fee table)
The price of the ferry ticket per person includes:
the passages GEN/TUN – TUN/MRS or GEN/TUN – TUN/GEN incl. 2-bed-cabin and full board incl. fuel and CO2 surcharge, port and security fees and tourist entry tax to Tunisia
The price of the ferry ticket for vehicles includes:
the passages GEN/TUN – TUN/MRS or GEN/TUN – TUN/GEN incl. fuel and CO2 surcharge as well as port and security fees (The ferry rates for car + trailer or truck + trailer always depend on the level of the higher of the two vehicles. For that it is necessarily to specify the actual height of both vehicles including cargo, a roof tent or a roof rack)
General Informations:
By handing in the registration (confirmation with “YES”) the participants accept all documents and rules the event is based on, like tender,
regulations and eventual supplements as well as the AGB (common business practice) of the organizer and the waiver of liability according
to Pos. 1.7 of the regulations without supplementary raise of objections.
Supplementary changes of entries in the registration-form have always to be done in writing.
With our confirmation of the registration a contract between the participant and the organizer comes about.
For all payments of participation fees VAT-free German invoices will be issued.
